Hispanic Heritage Month no The Metropolitan Museum of Art

The Museum's Hispanic Heritage Month celebration continues with free public programs that focus on Hispanic art, history, and culture. For a complete listing, see the online calendar. As always, guided tours of the Museum are offered in Spanish, and a Spanish Audio Guide for the permanent collection is available for rental. Follow the links below for this month's highlights.

•Current exhibition—"The Colonial Andes: Tapestries and Silverwork, 1530–1830"*
•Films—Documentaries and features will be screened. Free with Museum admission.
•The Met Store—Latin Playground CD: For music lovers of all ages, this diverse and upbeat album features songs from Cuba, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. Approximately thirty-five minutes. Regular price $16.98, Member price $15.28.
